Agency fees
For the sale of a building, house, apartment, business, office:
4 % (VAT 20 % included) for exclusive mandates, calculated on the sale price and paid by the buyer.
5% (VAT 20% included) for non-exclusive mandates, calculated on the sale price and paid by the buyer.
For the marketing of land sale:
7% incl. (VAT 20% included) of the sale price, paid by the buyer.
